- Data from Google reCAPTCHA: technical signals used to distinguish a human user from a robot when submitting the contact form.
Purposes of the processing
- Respond to requests for contact, quotation or free diagnosis;
- Ensure the security and integrity of the contact form (anti-spam and anti-robot protection);
- Measure and improve the use of the website, where applicable, by means of statistical tools.
Legal basis
- The performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, for the handling of contact requests;
- The legitimate interest of Smidjan in securing its form and its website against abuse (reCAPTCHA);
- The consent of the user, where it is required for non-essential audience measurement cookies.
Retention period
The data submitted via the contact form is kept for a period of 3 years from the last exchange, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies (in particular accounting) or an ongoing contractual relationship exists.
Recipients of the data
The data is processed by Smidjan's authorised staff and, where applicable, by its technical subprocessors (hosting, e-mail, anti-spam and audience measurement tools). It is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data: the right of access, of rectification, of erasure, of restriction of processing, of portability, of objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time where the processing depends on it.
