I build web applications in C# / .NET 10 and TypeScript, and add generative AI to them (Claude API) when it brings something measurable. I work by orchestrating AI agents (Claude Code), framed by written specifications, automated tests, reviews and continuous integration.

AI writes fast; tests and reviews decide what ships. Before code, I was a communications technician in the Belgian Defence, then a security officer with clearance at the European Commission.

Agent-driven development

Claude Code with review sub-agents, hooks and MCP, framed by specifications and tests.

ASP.NET Core, EF Core and PostgreSQL: APIs tested against a real database.

Batte: a Claude agent, numbers computed by code

Claude agent with Anthropic's web search tool.

Answers validated by a Zod schema, or rejected.

Every suggested event waits for human approval.

Spending cap checked before every call.

Every call logged: model, tokens, cost, duration.

The application works without an API key.

Offline tests: no suite calls the API.

More than 4,800 automated tests, continuous integration.

The management software for my crêpe stand project: recipes, stock, forecasting, sales and accounting in a local application. Claude comments on the forecasts and looks for events that can change how busy a market will be.

The AI comments, the numbers come from plain computation: Claude produces no number that goes into the database.

Certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 (2026). In preparation: AZ-104 and Cisco CCNA. Six Anthropic Academy courses completed.

Approach

Where it comes from

As a teenager, in a constrained environment, I learned to understand how systems work rather than just live with them. Not out of abstract curiosity : out of necessity. That's where I developed a taste for opening the hood, for seeing how things hold together, or give way.

What I can do, I show with verifiable proof. What I can't do yet, I don't claim.

I secure my own site

This scan reads the security headers this site actually returns and checks their VALUE, not merely their presence: a badly configured header is a useless one. Nothing is simulated.

Eight headers checked, values included: CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy, COOP and CORP. Security is something I apply to my own site first.
